How Our Pricing Actually Works
We don't publish a price list, and this page explains exactly why — plus what genuinely drives the number, and what's never included.
Why we don't list a fixed price
Two businesses that both say "we need an HVAC dashboard" can need very different builds — one has clean data in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks, the other has three disconnected spreadsheets and a phone system from 2015. A fixed number quoted before we see either of those is either padded to cover the worst case, or too low and gets renegotiated later. Neither is honest. We'd rather scope it on a real call and give you a number you can trust.
What Actually Drives the Price
Number of connected systems
One CRM vs. CRM + call tracking + ads + accounting changes the build.
How much is custom vs. standard
A standard HVAC dashboard build is faster than a fully bespoke workflow.
Data quality going in
Clean, connected systems cost less to wire up than messy or manual ones.
Scope of ongoing support
One-time Build & Transfer vs. Care Plan vs. Fully Managed changes the total.
For context: contractor packages start at $3,500 for a Build & Transfer engagement. That's a floor, not a quote — the real number depends on the drivers above and comes out of a fit call, not a form.
What's never included
- LLM / API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) — billed at cost by the provider, not marked up
- Third-party subscriptions you choose to keep (CRM, phone system, hosting)
- Call minutes for AI phone answering, billed by the provider
- Major scope changes after the build is scoped
We flag every exclusion up front on the fit call, before you commit to anything.
Get a real number, not a guess.
A fit call takes 20-30 minutes and you leave knowing what your build would actually cost.
