What counts as a "small workflow tweak"?
Minor logic changes, adding a new field, adjusting a trigger, or updating a prompt. If it takes under 2 hours, it is included. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Do I need to have built my system with you?
No. We can onboard systems built by other agencies or in-house teams. We run a 1-week audit before starting the Care Plan to understand your stack.
What happens if I exceed the scope?
We will notify you before any billable work begins. You can approve ad-hoc hours or upgrade to Fully Managed for unlimited optimization.
Is there a minimum contract?
The Care Plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 14 days notice. We recommend at least 3 months to see real stability gains.
How do I submit support requests?
You get a dedicated Slack channel or email address. For urgent issues, Slack is fastest. We track everything in our internal ticketing system.
