1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the BluprintCreations website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
BluprintCreations provides AI operations consulting, automation development, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- AI automation system design and implementation
- Workflow optimization and integration
- Content engine development and deployment
- Voice AI and phone system setup
- Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
3. Build & Transfer Model
For Build & Transfer engagements, we design and build automation systems on your infrastructure and accounts. Upon completion and final payment, all deliverables — including source code, configurations, documentation, and system access — are transferred to you. You retain full ownership and control of all assets.
4. Payment Terms
Project fees are milestone-based and outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Typical payment structure:
- Deposit: 30-50% upfront to commence work
- Milestone payments: Tied to specific deliverables and approval gates
- Final payment: Due upon completion and handoff
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom work product created specifically for your project becomes your property upon final payment. This includes code, configurations, documentation, and training materials. We retain the right to use general methodologies, patterns, and non-proprietary techniques learned during the engagement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client data, business processes, or project details to third parties without explicit consent. This obligation survives termination of our engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluprintCreations' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to deliver measurable improvements, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, traffic growth, cost reductions). Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, implementation quality, and ongoing maintenance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver any completed work product in its current state.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
