Who is my dedicated operations manager?
You get a single point of contact from our team who knows your stack, your business, and your goals. They handle prioritization, scoping, and monthly reviews.
How many new builds are included per month?
Typically 1-2 medium-sized workflows or 3-4 small tweaks per month. We scope together during the monthly strategy call so there are no surprises.
Can I downgrade to Care Plan later?
Yes. You can switch between plans with 14 days notice. We recommend Fully Managed for at least 6 months to see compounding optimization gains.
What is the onboarding process?
We start with a 2-week audit and rebuild (if needed) of your existing stack. Then we transition into the monthly rhythm of optimization and new builds.
Is there a setup fee?
If we did not build your original system, there is a one-time $2,500 onboarding audit. If we built it, onboarding is included.
