How many new builds are included per month?
Typically 1-2 medium-sized workflows or 3-4 small tweaks per month. We scope together during the monthly strategy call so there are no surprises.
Can I downgrade to Care Plan later?
Yes. You can switch between plans with 14 days notice. We recommend Fully Managed for at least 6 months to see compounding optimization gains.
What is the onboarding process?
We start with a 2-week audit and rebuild (if needed) of your existing stack. Then we transition into the monthly rhythm of optimization and new builds.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, implementation is a separate one-time fee ($7,500–$25,000+) scoped after discovery, then managed operations bills monthly. If we built your original system under Build & Transfer, we credit relevant prior work toward the implementation scope.
