Do I need to know n8n to work with you?

No. We handle everything technical, server setup, workflow design, deployment, documentation, and team training. You get a running system and plain-English documentation. If you later want to edit workflows yourself, the training session covers how.

What does self-hosted n8n cost to run?

Can you migrate our existing Zapier or Make workflows?

Yes. Migration is one of the most common engagements: we audit your current zaps/scenarios, rebuild them in n8n on your infrastructure, and typically cut platform costs 60 to 90% while adding error handling and monitoring the originals lacked.

What happens if something breaks after handover?

Every build includes documentation and a warranty period for defects. After that, the optional Care Plan (from $600/month) covers monitoring, maintenance, and fixes, or your own technical team can maintain it, since you own everything and the documentation is yours.

Why n8n, and why self-hosted

The workflow-platform decision usually comes down to three options, and we've run all three in production (see our full n8n vs Make vs Zapier comparison):

Zapier is the easiest start and the most expensive scale, per-task pricing turns a busy automation into a three-figure monthly bill, and complex logic fights the platform.
