Do I need technical knowledge to use what you build?
No. We design for non-technical operators. Your team gets clear documentation and training. That said, having a technical team member helps for advanced customizations.
What happens after the 14-day support window?
You can engage our Care Plan for ongoing maintenance or request ad-hoc support. Many clients upgrade to Fully Managed for continuous optimization.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Absolutely. We integrate with your current stack — CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, databases, and custom APIs. We do not force tool swaps.
How do you handle data security?
